The Self Care Portal is your personal control panel for your phone extension, in any web browser.

**Logging in:** use the same email address and password as your Communicator apps. (Lost track of it? Contact us or your office admin.)

## What you can do there

- **Dashboard** — a summary of your extension at a glance
- **My Details** — change your password and PIN, and switch on two-factor authentication (we recommend it)
- **Call History (CDR)** — search every call you've made and received
- **Directory** — every extension in your organisation
- **Personal Phone Book** — your own contacts, synced to your Communicator apps and supported handsets
- **Voicemail** — listen to and manage messages from the browser
- **Meetings** — view and manage your conference meetings
- **SMS Report** — if SMS is enabled for you, the full history lives here
- **Services** — adjust features on your extension (what's visible depends on what your admin has enabled)

**Tip:** the Personal Phone Book is the underrated one — add your regular contacts once and they follow you to the mobile app, desktop app and your desk phone.
